How is the Jewelry Made?
Our researchers will select your family coat of arms from our library. You may also provide us of an image of your coat or arms. We will then email you an image of the coat or arms which we will ask you to approve by return email. With your approval, we will individually cast your jewelry selection. The manufacturing process takes 2- 3 weeks. All finished jewelry is then sent to the Irish Assay Office in Dublin Castle where it receives a hallmark stamp.

How long does it take from time of order until I receive my jewelry?
Since all pieces are handmade to order, we require 2 - 3 weeks for production. Upon completion we will ship the jewelry for free by either registered international priority mail or by Fedex. Upon dispatch we will email you a 'Delivery Confirmation' email with your package details.

How do you now what coat of arms to put on my jewelry?
We have over 10,000 names on file. Including the most popular Celtic, English, European and Hispanic family names. Any names we do not have on file we can research on your behalf. If you know your family coat of arms, you can provide us with a copy of the design which we will use. In all cases, we will ask you to approve the coat of arms design before we cast the piece.

How do I pay for my purchase?
You can order through our store using your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In addition you can pay pay by check or money order by
mailing your order and delivery details to us along with payment. We will, in some cases, accept payment for your purchase in a number of installments. If you wish to pay by installments please contact us to agree a schedule which suits both of us.

What currency do you list your prices in?
All prices are listed in US Dollars. If you wish to convert a price into your local currency you can use our currency conversion tool.

When will you charge my credit card?

you make the order.

What happens if I decide to cancel my order before I receive my purchase?
When you make an order our researchers prepare your coat of arms which our jewelers then cast. Because we commit these resources to your order, we must, in the case of a cancellation, charge a 10% cancellation fee on your order.

What is your returns policy?
Since all items are made-to-order we cannot accept returns.

Do you charge for shipping and handling?
